Mizinga Melu is a Banking industry expert with over 20 years’ experience and has been at the helm of top banking organizations having worked in six (6) African countries.
She is currently a Bank Chief Executive Officer and previously held various strategic regional roles that saw her being responsible for coordinating integrated planning across businesses outside of South Africa.
Mizinga also held a number of roles at Standard Chartered including: CEO of Standard Chartered Zambia, Global Head of Development Organizations in the UK and Africa Regional Head of Financial Institutions in both South Africa and Kenya. She currently serves as Non-Executive Director on the Museum for United Nations -UN Live Board.

Ngabo is a Strategic Communication Specialist and Gender & ICT (Information Communication & Technology) Expert with passion for enhancing value in individuals, firms and communities by applying transformational techniques in the delivery of her services.
She has vast work experience spanning over 25 years in strategic communication and corporate, individual brand management, international collaboration as well as resource mobilisation for institutions in both the private and public sector respectively.
As a Gender & ICT expert, she has been involved in the development and implementation of strategies to bridge the Gender Digital Divide (GDD) in Zambia with the objective of pushing the agenda of using the catalyst power of ICTs to promote economic empowerment for Women and Girls. With published works in Research on ‘Evaluating Gender Gaps in Access and use of ICTs’ in Zambia and a Case Study on ‘Online Risks for Women and Girls’, Ngabo initiated the establishment of a Gender and ICT portfolio in the ICT regulatory framework. She is the Focal Point for Gender and ICT in Zambia and is also involved in coordinating inclusive awareness about Online Gender Based Violence (OGBV).
A great believer in transformational change, Ngabo is also an accomplished Youth Mentor (ages 16 to 25 years) who has contributed to the transition of numerous young university students into productive and cultured young adults who have embraced the responsible and progressive use of digital platforms. She is a Haggai Institute Advanced Leadership Alumni and is also in the process of becoming an accredited Life Coach with United States based Let’s Live.
Ngabo who heads Corporate Communications – a unit she was responsible for establishing several years ago at Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA), has a degree in Mass Communication from the University of Zambia, a Master of Communication Management from New Buckinghamshire University in the UK (Strategic Management, Project Management and ICT regulation) and is currently enrolled in an MBA programme with the Zurich Elite Business School.
Tebello holds an Honours Degree in Philosophy from UKZN -Westville and in Global Executive Development Programme from GIBS.
He recently received recognition from MIPAD in support of UN’s decade for people of African descent as a top 100 influencer, and a national award in 2018, recognising him as one of Ghana’s top 40 under 40 leaders.
He has worked in both the private and public sector in Zambia, holding senior positions in various organisations ranging from communications and advertising, banking and finance, and the energy sector prior to establishing his own Consultancy Firm in 2011
